The Twin Cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul Minnesota have a lot more to offer than just an amazing airport with fabulous bathrooms (Gail King is a huge fan).

It turns out that the Minnesota cities has a growing haute cuisine scene that goes beyond a hot dish. From State Fairs to world class dining experiences paired with local craft beers and spirits, the Twin Cities welcome all adventurous foodies to its bustling food scene.

At the end of October I had a chance to experience a taste of Minneapolis/Saint Paul with food prepared by Top Chef and Iron Chef star Chef Justin Sutherland.  Who better than to walk me through the taste of Minnesota than a chef that hails from Saint Paul!

Take a look at a few photos from the tasty event held at the NoMo Hotel in SoHo, New York City below.
