My favorite CW show, 'The Carrie Diaries' starring AnnaSophia Robb is retuning for its second season on October 25th! In the Sophomore season young Carrie will meet young Samantha and I really hope that it is everything! 

The show has said that young Samantha Jones will be "ballsy, beautiful and sexy young woman from the panhandle of Florida who has made her way -- and already a name for herself --- in the rock ’n’ roll scene of 1980s NYC."  I cannot wait to see what Gort does with this role!  I hope she has just as much fun with it as Kim Cattrall did in 'Sex and the City'.

Harris, in a statement. ”Lindsey Gort walked into the room and owned the part. I trust the producers and casting directors for the show as all of the actors have been amazing and AnnaSophia has been a spot on Carrie!  For those SATC lovers who may doubt that this show is any good, I encourage you to watch because they did an amazing job with the story and stay true to the integrity of the show we all know and love.  I wonder if Kim will give Lindsey her blessing as SJP did for AnnaSophia?
