2018's Pride Month has been on for the books for me and many of my friends. NYC-based queer artist and friend of OJ&B Tyler Wallach of Tyler Wallach Studio is certainly no exception!  This year in support of Pride Month, Tyler partnered with ART ACTVST, an innovative agency for social impact, to launch an international campaign called "More Color," to provide a more inclusive approach to Pride.

The collaboration, anchored by Tyler's signature style of bright and boldly colored characters and rainbow designs saw Wallach's Pride inspired artwork showcased in rag & bone's storefront windows in 20+ stores worldwide including locations in New York City, Los Angeles, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and London throughout the entire month of June 2018 (Pride Month)!

The rag & bone partnership was made possible by ART ACTVST, an agency focused on strategically connecting artists and brands with causes to support charitable impact. “This year rag & bone wanted to celebrate PRIDE in an authentic way, so I paired them with Wallach, who is a proud member of the LGBTQ+ community and an #artactvst by nature," says ART ACTVST founder, Gina Steffe. The two connected rag & bone with The Trevor Project and worked closely in the collaboration process.

The cornerstone of the "Shop for a Cause: More Color: campaign is a series of events to celebrate PRIDE and 10% of all rag & bone's proceeds made in the stores between 2-6pm will be donated to the Trevor Project, the nation's leading non-profit organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth.  The final in store event will be this Saturday, June 30th at rag & bone's Beak Street location in London.

Tyler will also create three additional pieces to be sold separately by ART ACTVST and 100% of the proceeds will be donated to The Trevor Project. “I absolutely love The Trevor Project and have volunteered with them for the past 5 years. The vital, lifesaving hotline that Trevor keeps open 24/7 365 days a year is a true beacon of light to the LGBTQ+ youth community. I strongly believe in what they do and am thrilled to support them with this important project,” says Wallach.

Congratulations to Tyler on a successful collaboration with rag & bone and ART ACTVST to benefit The Trevor Project. It was so much fun walking by the windows and seeing one of my best friend's art displayed on the windows during Pride Month!
