Lady Gaga To Fans "The Album Is Finished And It's Fing Really Good!"

47108, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - Friday November 5 2010. Lady Gaga keeps her head held high as she exits through the service entrance of her London hotel. An overwhelmed and tearful Lady Gaga announced to her Polish fans during her November 26, 2010 concert that her new album, Born This Way, is finally finished!!

"I don't even know what to say...I promise to you, I'll never let you down.. The album is finished and its f***ing really good," the pop phenom said after tearing up over the love of her fans at her tour stop in Poland. "I promise to give you the greatest album of this decade just for you," Gaga declared as fans went crazy! (Click here to see the video)

Born This Way is the follow up to her major hit debut album The Fame. After winning "Video of the Year" for 'Bad Romance' at the 2010 VMA's on MTV, Lady Gaga revealed the title of the album just as she had promised to her fans. She even sang a bit of the title track, "I'm beautiful in my way, because God makes no mistakes, I'm on the right track, baby I was born this way."

With Guns a blazing for the July cover of Rolling Stone, Gaga told the magazine a bit about the name of the album. "That chorus came to me, like, I swear, I didn't even write it. I think God dropped it in my lap. And I swear to you that I'm in a place now writing music where there's this urgency to protect and take care of my fans," Gaga told Rolling Stone. Another song that is expected to be on the album is "You and I' which she has been belting at all of her concerts, even singing it on the Today Show.

I CANNOT WAIT TO SEE what Gaga has in store for all of us! I am sure that it is going to be pure magic that only Lady Gaga can deliver!

In other Gaga news, the pop star recently became an investor slash slient partner of Vince & Eddie's, an Italian eatery on the Upper West Side in New York City. Vince & Eddie's is a place where the Gaga family eats often. Her parents have become partners in the restaurant as well and it looks like I am for sure going to have to eat there ASAP! Italian food is my fave after all and maybe Gaga will come to my table to ask if everything is O.K. Then we will do a duet together and I will go on tour with her. THE END!

47853, NEW YORK, NEW YORK - Wednesday November 24, 2010. The New York Post is reporting that Lady Gaga has become a silent partner in the Italian restaurant Vince & Eddie's, located on the Upper West Side, NYC. According to Vince & Eddie's owner Peter Dee, Gaga and her family frequently visited the restaurant before she decided to invest. Photograph: Wagner Az, PacificCoastNews.com

OJ&B Makes The Scene Bisnow & Happy Thanksgiving!

I was all kinds of excited today when I got my daily The Scene Bisnow e-mail and saw that OJ&B had a mention and picture for attending friend of Orange Juice and Biscuits, Rolando Santana's, Holiday Party in their "Happy Thanksgiving" edition! It was a great party with super tasty food! It is always fun at Rolando's midtown show room and I love the piece of gossip that they attached to the picture about OJ&B's 1st Birthday Party that was held there. I also love that they snapped me with my friend, Alex Liang, editor-in-chief of KENTON Magazine!

Above: The caption reads, "Orange Juice & Biscuits’ Jon Valdez, for whom Rolando threw a one-year anniversary fete a few months ago, and Kenton Magazine editor-in-chief Alex Liang." A fete! Love it!

The Scene Bisnow publishes 16 fun, informative, and mercifully short online newsletters in nine cities and covers the hottest event and parities with the best people in NYC, so it is a honor to be mentioned! Check out the entire "Happy Thanksgiving" edition to see other events and people mentioned including designer Kenneth Cole and performer Fabolous by clicking here.

Former OJ&B Co-host Becomes CW Austin Star!

I am BEYOND proud to announce that my former co host Amanda Dugan is the brand new CW Austin Star! “The CW Austin is looking for someone who will be the face, the voice and the personality that is The CW Austin,” said Deirdre Conley, KXAN, KNVA and KBVO creative director in an interview with The University Star at Texas State University and that is exactly what they got!

I met Amanda Dugan when Orange Juice and Biscuits was a nationally recognized morning talk show on KTSW-Fm 89.9. I was the executive producer and host for the show and my original co host and co creator of OJ&B, Adrienne Brown, graduated from Texas State. Because Brown was no longer able to do the show due to graduating I had to look for a brand new co host. I held a campus wide search for "America's Next Top Co host and had a great response! Amanda was one of the hopefuls who obviously got chosen to help host OJ&B!

Amanda has always had a spark to her and I have loved her "One life to live" attitude. I love how she goes for everything she wants! She tried out for OJ&B, she was a finalist in this year's mtvU's Oscar Red Carpet Correspondent Contest, and now she is the CW Austin Star! GET IT BOO!

Above: Amanda Dugan has fun with me during a photo shoot for this article about OJ&B Morning Talk Worth Waking For in the college magazine StudyBreaks!

I cannot wait to dish with her about all of the fab things that she is going to get to do in 2011! As she would say "It is going to be so dreamy!" I will definitely keep you guys and gals posted on Amanda's exciting journey but for now, let's take a trip down memory lane when Amanda and I hosted the entertainment segment on Texas State University's Studio B. I give you, "The Squeeze with Orange Juice and Biscuits!"

The Ride: You've Never Seen New York Quite Like This!

One of my very best friends, Krissy, recently came to visit me in the city. I knew that I wanted her trip to be memorable and unique so I planned all sorts of fun activities to do while she was here. I remembered that I kept seeing this awesome looking bus rolling around mid town that had a giant window on one side and movie theatre-esque seating in it. All it said on the bus was "The Ride: Get on. Find out," so that is exactly what I did and I took my friend with me!

The Ride (which always makes me think of the song The Climb by Miley) is a new entertainment experience that turns the streets of New York into a stage! It is like you are people watching on a park bench, only the park bench moves you through the city and it talks to you. The Ride turns famous NYC landmarks into backdrops as a live show plays out right in front of you! From random rappers, singers trying to make it to Carnegie Hall, actors and dancers needing directions to Broadway, delivery guys who break dance all on the NYC streets, The Ride truly shows you how fun and crazy the city can be!

Above: A seemingly normal New Yorker in a suite turns into an amazing dancer as he taps and leaps to the show tune '42nd Street' while on 42nd Street. Below: Two musical theatre hopefuls do a song and dance number asking for directions to Broadway so the can get their big audition!

Using advanced audio and video technology, amazing and fun performances, local insider info and non-stop fun and excitement, The Ride will transform the way you see NYC. "The streets of New York are the world's biggest stage and The Ride gives you front row seats," says President and Chief Executive Officer Jonathan Danforth. "This completely immersive, completely original experience turns New York into an ever-evolving performance."

The Ride's specially designed custom vehicles are the tallest allowed by federal law on city streets. Fitted with stadium-style seating that orients riders sideways to look through massive windows, the vehicles encourage audiences to view city streets and buildings facades as if they were the most expensive stage sets ever built. On-board hosts entertain riders as they travel through the streets of midtown Manhattan, commenting on NYC's history and its iconic sites and structures while giving insider secrets about the city, all while incorporating actors and performers along the route who interact with the vehicle and its passengers. The actual bus talks to the riders and the hosts do a great job of making everyone feel welcome and at home while encouraging interaction without embarrassment.

Above: The Ride operator Jackie payed by Cody Lindquist guides an audience through Times Square. Below: The ride takes the audience back in time to Alfred Eisenstadt's iconic V.J. Day Photo.

One of my favorite moments on The Ride was when The Ride goes into Columbus circle. The audience is greeted by a stunning and peaceful ballet performance complete with tranquil music. This relaxing and beautiful moment makes you feel like you are watching a movie.

Above: Dancers make magic happe for The Ride audience in Columbus Circle.

I also really enjoyed the huge windows that go above your head making it feel as if you are exposed to the streets on NYC. The Ride operators also randomly bust out into "Ride Quizzes" to test the audiences knowledge of the city. They have great insider info and tell the audience cool things to do while they are in the city. I was amazed at how much I learned. If Ms. Frizzle's Magic School Bus was real, I think it would be The Ride.

Above: An amazing shot and view of Grand Central Station as taken from on board The Ride: Below: My friend Krissy and I take a photo of our reflection via the windows above us on The Ride.

Thanks so much to everyone at The Ride for letting me get on and find out! I had a blast and so did my friend! We kept bringing it up during her visit. If you are planning a trip or already live in NYC this is a perfect activity to experince that will leave you entertained and smiling with your friends and family. The best part about The Ride is figuring out what is part of the show and what is everyday life in the big city. Also, seeing the real New Yorkers walking by who are not effected at all by any of it is pretty funny as well. Now get on and find out!

A Night For The Gentlemen At Butterfly Studio Salon

Women have always had their trips to the spa and afternoons of going with the girls to get their hair did. Some guys think that all they are doing is spending money and gossiping. Though this may be true, these ladies are also distressing, relaxing and doing stuff to their hair that will ensure that it is healthy and sexy. Why should the ladies be the only one with good hair and no stress?

It seems that lately men have been more inclined to treat themselves to a little R&R (I went to the spa a couple of months ago and it was amazing). Places like Butterfly Studio Salon are taking note and offering package and treatments jut for men.

I recently attended Butterfly Studio Salon's A Night For The Gentlemen where I got to experience their Kersrase Homme Capital Force treatment. Upon arrival you traded you jacket for a robe and headed to the sinks. At the sinks you were treated to the Kerstase Homme Capital Force Treatment that included and intense hair wash with a scalp massage, a warm towel over you eyes and an awesome hand massage. There is nothing wrong with a little relaxing (see the opening picture)!

Above: The Kerstase Homme Capital Force reament products.

After the treatment was done a hairstylist styled your hair and then it was time to have fun and mingle. Guests sipped on Avion Tequila and snacked on cupcakes from Butch Bakery's cupcakes for men. With scalp and hand massages and delicious tequila cocktails, it was a great night.

Lord & Taylor was the very first retailer to ever do Christmas windows for pure delight rather than to just show off any product or to sell anything. This year Lord & Taylor utilized social media and asked their fans via Facebook to share stories of their favorite holiday moments. A team of 54 people will create 12 stories that were chosen with 3 stories in each window. The team will base all of the stories in NYC so unify and tie the stories together.

The names of the Facebook fans whose stories were chosen will be included in the displays and story providers who are local will be invited to be present for the unveiling of the 2010 Lord & Taylor Holiday windows. I would be thrilled if I won and got to see my favorite holiday moment come to live via the windows of the 5th Avenue Lord and Taylor! How dreamy is that?!

VIDEO - Ralph Lauren 4D: The Ultimate Collision of Fashion, Art & Technology

On Wednesday, November 10, 2010 thousands of eyes witnessed the unthinkable as Ralph Lauren 4D mesmerized spectators and Madison Avenue was seen in a whole new light as futuristic technology projected onto the façade of the new Ralph Lauren store at 888 Madison. The light spectacle illuminated the evening sky as the façade virtually opened up to reveal illusions of models and Polo players four stories tall making their way down Madison Avenue. This created a visceral fashion moment of excitement and intrigue.

I was blown away at how cool the lights made the facade of the Ralph Lauren store at 888 Madison look. It literally looked like the entire building was morphing into fashion fierceness right before your eyes. Onlookers were ooing and awing as polo players broke through he brick on their mighty horses and transformed the mansion into an elegant runway space. Images of iconic Ralph Lauren ads, fragrances, ties and purses were presented on the mansion facade as Ralph Lauren Celebrated 10 years of RalphLauren.com and digital innovation. My favorite part was at the end when they had an image of Ralph Lauren himself waving from one of the mansion windows. Get it Ralph!

Above: Images of a Polo players bursting through the brick of the Ralph Lauren Store at 888 Madison excited the crowd watching from across the street.

I am loving that companies are really thinking of amazing ways to celebrate and market brands. It shows that they are thinking about the consumers and are not being lazy and thinking that thier name alone will attract buyers and fans. Congrats to Ralph Lauren on 10 years of online presence. I am sure you will be around the web for 10 more and then some (I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Ralph Lauren look and vibe. Their bleeker store melts my heart)!

Above: The end of the Ralph Lauren 4D experince.

Check out the video and be amazed at how awesome the light show was!

Sally Jesse Raphael Wants To Bring Her Glasses Back To Television

Sally Jesse Raphael is a daytime television icon best know for her trademark red glasses (that are totally hipster chic right now) and for sending teens to boot camp. SJR retired from TV in 2002 after being on the air for 19 years but is currently working on a new project that may bring the talk show vet back into people's homes.

Sally recently joined fellow talk show legends Montel Williams, Ricki Lake, Geraldo Rivera and Phil Donahue on Oprah where she discussed the project called I'm Still Sally.

“I'm doing a show about a talk show host who is asked to leave the air and what happens to her after that,” SJR told Oprah.

According to Deadline.com I'm Still Sally will be a half-hour mockusoap which will chronicle her quest for another TV gig. The show will star Sally’s husband Karl, her young gay assistant Micah, and her sassy housekeeper Patricia and has not been officially picked up by a network yet.

Get it Sally Jesse Raphael! I am LOVING the idea of Sally coming back to television!! I miss my old talk show hosts like Sally and Ricky and their questions from the audience. Why have they taken them away? Wendy Williams did them for a hot second and then she took them away. Hmmm... All I know is I need my own talk show like whoa! I have had my theme music picked out since I was like 6 years old. True Story!

Patricia Field Celebrates Her Limited Edition Collection For MCM!

On Thursday, November 4, 2010, the legendary Patricia Field brought together celebrities, socialites, industry insiders and tastemakers to celebrate the launch of the Limited Edition collection she designed for luxury accessories brand, MCM.

Above: Fierce mannequins show off the new bags from MCM by Patricia Field.

The event was held at her gorgeous studio in New York City. Some of the fab people who showed up to show love for Patricia were Alexandra Richards, Theodora Richards, Ali Hilfiger, Dani Stahl, Philip Bloch, Jeremy Kost, Scott Buccheit, Emma Snowdon-Jones and of course OJ&B!

Above: Theodora and Alexandra Richards, daughters of rock royalty Keith Richards, stopped by to party with Patricia Field as they hold bags from the collection. Below: Daughter of designer Tommy Hilfiger and former MTV reality star, Ali Hilfiger, with socialite Emma Snowdon-Jones popped in to show some love.

Guests mingled and danced to music provided by DJ Matheos, and violinist Sarina Suno gave an electrifying performance.

Cocktails were provided by Absolut Vodka and Barefoot Bubbly. The food and drinks were very playful and very Pat Field with pink and blue desserts and rock candy on sticks to infuse the champagne. The desserts were beyond delish making the party in my mouth just as amazing as the party at Pat's (seriously the macaroons were ridiculously tasty)!

Congratulations Patricia on a beautiful collaboration and collection with MCM! You are such a talent and you always throw the BEST parties. Hope to see you again soon!

The Martine Group, the collaboration’s first capsule, will be available for purchase at select Saks Fifth Avenue locations, MCM at The Shops at The Plaza and patriciafield.com.

Rumor Thursdays at Two E Bar/Lounge At The Pierre Hotel!

I recently had the chance to experience Rumor Thursdays at Two E Bar/Lounge at The Pierre Hotel and witnessed slash participated in the weekly dance party!

Rumor Thursdays is the place to dance and sip custom cocktails in the swank lobby bar at the Pierre Hotel. The NY Times acclaimed party attracts an eclectic crowd from all walks of life and brings them together in a way that blends the hippest night clubs of downtown and the sophisticated aura of the upper east side.

Two E, named for the bar's location at 2 East 61st Street, features classic cocktails meticulously crafted from the freshest ingredients, a coffee bar and afternoon tea. A menu from Executive Chef Stephane Becht complements the many beverage options, with light fare and small plates to share available until 12 a.m. While my friends and I were there we enjoyed amazing bottle service and snacked on delicious yucca an plantain snacks!

Above: Two E has phenomenal customer service. We had everything we could possibly need or want. Below: Yummy yucca and plantain snacks that are just a part of the great menu at Two E.

Two E may not be the first place you thought to go to in the city for fun dancing but now it SHOULD be, especially if you bring a big group of your friends. The vibe is fun and people are not afraid to start dancing. Also, the drink prices are actually at a good price point. You would think that because Two E is in a hotel like the Pierre that the prices would be cray cray but that is not the case.

Two sum things up, Two E has dancing, drinks and delicious eats to enjoy. It is the perfect place to go to get the night started as Two E closes at 1 A.M. and we all know that the starter place sets the tone for the night and can even make or break it.

Thanks Two E and The Pierre Hotel for showing us an amazing time! I will for be back soon!

Jennifer Aniston's Groceries Are Heavy: Check Out What She Eats!

OK! Magazine's Helen Cooper spent 48 hours on Jennifer Aniston's diet eating exactly what Jenn eats. Before she could eat like Jenn, she would have to shop like Jenn, buying fresh organic foods.

So OK!'s Helen Cooper is also Jonathan of OJ&B's Helen Cooper who watches Glee with him and eats themed food based on the episodes. She has always known a ton about celebrites even before she started working with OK!. During one of our Glee night's Helen asked if I would go with her as she shopped for the things she needed for Jenn Aniston's diet. Of course I said "Duh!" How many times am I going to get to go shop like Jenn Aniston (and by that I mean like her assistant or her personal chef's sous chef).

In the article that is out now in the November 15, 2010 issue of OK! Magazine, Helen talks about how much time it takes to prep everything. Well she is not lying! I never knew how many ingredients went into all this healthy food. We were at that store for the longest time. Also, I helped Helen carry them home and as the title says, Jenn's groceries are heavy. You could totally work out with those bags o' food!

In the end Helen did a phenomenal job of cooking and eating like Jenn Aniston. I was even lucky enough to have a taste! It was actually really fresh and clean tasting. There is a huge difference in tasting organic food verses processed food. After my taste I preceded to eat a whoopie pie which is totally Jenn Aniston approved...

Thanks to Helen for including me on your shopping trip. Congrats on your appearance in OK! Glee next week?

Suma C Spring/Summer 2011 LBD

I recently came across this LBD from Suma C's Spring/Summer 2011 collection. I thought it was elegant yet modern and a perfect canvas for accessories and an array of shoes. A good LBD on a gal is essential especially in NYC. They can literally transform any hot mess into a hot success!

Designer Suma C grew up in India and as a young child had an innate interest in clothing, fabrics, design detail, color and texture. Despite her innate interest in fashion and fabrics, Suma pursued an education in Engineering and Finance and worked on Wall Street. After 13 years she could no longer ignore her desire to create beautiful clothing and work with the fabrics and textures that shaped her style sensibility (I love it when people follow their dreams)!

Above: Designer Suma

“I believe great design with luxurious fabrics can make women feel beautiful, strong and powerful,” Suma says. Suma C Collection bridges Suma’s Indian heritage, which has given her a true and enduring appreciation for the real significance of beautiful fabrics, with her love of American and European Sportswear.

Suma has some very elegant S/S pieces. Here are two of my favorites.

Above: How much do you love a good dramatic back situation? The front says class and sophistication but when you exit the room it suddenly says "I am also super sexy too and I love to leave them with something to remember, holla!"

Above: I think this is a really cool piece. It looks clean and elegant and would look great with a jacket and a pop of color with a good shoe situation.

Be sure to leave your comments below to tell me what you think!

The Britney Beat: New Britney Spears New Album To Drop in Early 2011 Y'all!

My favorite pop star ever, Britney Spears, is rumored to drop her album before March 2011!! What better way for 2011 to being than with anticipation for a new Britney Album!! We all know that she has been working hard on new songs for the project and with a new album comes a new tour (I can hardly handle it)!

"She's such an icon, I don't want to let anyone down," Dr. Luke, co producer of the new Spears album, told The Hollywood Reporter, "I'm excited to be co-executive producing with Max Martin, the person who kind of invented Britney, and to make good music. She's such an amazing vehicle to getting that music out to a lot of people in every country." (See original interview here)

It makes me happy that Dr. Luke understands how epic it is to work with one Miss Britney Spears! OJ&B was basically founded on love for Britney, thus the Britney Beat! When OJ&B was a radio show she had her own sound effects key and everything!

Good luck Britney! I look forward to getting crunk to the new album soon!

VIDEO: Lanvin For H&M- Love The Clothes, Love The Video, Want That Red Bow Tie!

Really there is nothing more to say than what the title says! I love that this video was like a movie and it reminded me a bit of something that Quinton Tarantino would do. Also, I love how the movie acknowledged that basically women are going to be bumping into other girls wearing the same exact dress as they are all over the place! It is going to be like that darn grey blazer with a black boarder on the lapel from H&M that EVERY OTHER guy as wearing at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. At least everyone will be a little classier! Enjoy the show!

Amy Winehouse: She's Back And She'll Cry If She Wants To!

43972, LONDON, UNITED KINGDOM - Wednesday August 25, 2010. Amy Winehouse squats and poses outside of the Bull and Gat pub in London, looking a bit sloppy. The You Know I'm No Good singer is seen wearing a multicolored skirt and a busty vest with painful-looking peeptoe heels. Winehouse was spotted at the Hawley Arms pub last night with her boyfriend Reg Traviss. Photograph: PacificCoastNews.com

I am SOOO happy that Amy Winehouse is back with a new single! Amy's cover of 'It's My Party' was produced by Mark Ronson (Samantha and Charlotte's brother) for a Quincy Jones tribute album and showcases the retro Amy that we all LOVE! Mark Ronson was the main producer on Amy's amazing album, Back To Black, and is responsible for producing her cover of 'Valerie,' one of my favorite songs ever!

Amy's voice does sound a bit different in this song but I don't think it is bad. It could be because I have not heard her sing a new song in the longest time or the roughness of the last couple of years could have made altered it a tad (I like to think it is the first one)! Either way I LOVE IT! I will take anything and everything Amy throws at me! I hope she does a new album soon cause I need some sultry retro-esque music in my life STAT!

Take a listen to Amy's cover of 'It's My Party' and tell me what you think!

Demi Lovato: Sunny With A Stint In Rehab

The star of the Disney Channel television show Sunny With A Chance and Disney Channel Original Movies Camp Rock and Camp Rock 2, Demi Lovato, announced that she has dropped out of the Jonas Brothers tour and checked into a treatment center for "emotional and physical issues" on Monday, November 1, 2010.

No one has official deets yet on why exactly Lovato checked into rehab. A few celebrity gossip sites are saying that the Disney star slash singer had recently been in a physical altercation with a female member of her tour and that served a "catalyst" in her decision to seek help.

Just last week my friend who works at a celebrity gossip magazine was talking with me about celebrity hot messes. As I named a few she said that she had heard rumors that DL was a hot mess and that there had been tons of blind items about DL and out of control behavior. I was not having it at all! "WHAT? She is a Disney princess and star of the Camp Rock franchise and Sunny With A Chance," said I. Then on Monday night I got a text that said "Demi Lovato is in rehab. Bam!" I guess I was wrong but I was willing to give Sunny a chance until proof was on the table.

In 2008 Demi Lovato went to Miley "Destiny Hope" Cyrus' 16th birthday party (in the USA) with red marks on her wrists. (How did her handlers miss that?!) This sparked rumors that movie musical star cuts herself but her rep said that tight "gummy bracelets," precursor to "Silly Bandz," had left "indentations" on her wrist. Signs to Lovato landing in rehab may have been there for quite sometime.

No matter what happens, OJ&B wishes Demi a speedy recovery. She had a big career ahead of her. Let's hope she can get her life together.

I love that Heidi Klum and her Husband Seal always go all out for their annual Halloween party! The power couple decided to have their 11th annual Halloween Bash at current NYC hot spot Lavo. Let's check out who stopped by and who the came dressed as!

Above: I never know how to feel about this costume when I see people do it. The former Mr. Marc Jacobs, Lorenzo Martone, dressed as Jesus. I have a feeling no matter what he decided to be it was going to be shirtless.

Other celebs that did not attend the Klum/Seal bash had some interesting costumes this year.

Incase you were wondering what I was for Halloween, the answer is in the picture below:

I hope everyone had a fun and safe Halloween! Maybe next year OJ&B will have a bash!
